Adding Google Apps functionality to your website (or more specifically, using it to replace/enhance your mail server) is incredibly useful, fast, secure, and highly recommended in most scenarios. However, it does require some set up time. A Google Apps account must be created, and your domain's DNS servers and MX entries must be modified to match up with Google's Gmail servers.
This can take up to 24 hours to complete, and this process must be done by the NetSpeedia staff. Costs for this can vary depending on the size of your company.
As of the time of this document, Google Apps is free (up to 50 users), so the only cost for the Google Apps service is the nominal hourly rate to set it up. The cost for it ranges from $75 to $249 depending on the size of your company. The NetSpeedia staff will handle everything from start to finish.
Additionally, the costs for setting this up DOES include the necessary basic support that you and your company's staff will require in order to set up each user's email clients properly.
