Connection issues

Download and install WinMeter.  When you run this application, type in the name of your website domain and hit enter.  This will monitor packets that are sent/received and will report the data packet loss between your computer and the website you're connecting to.  The longer you run it, the more accurate it will be.  You should run it for at least 10 to 15 minutes at the very minimum.

After you have sufficient data, copy and paste the report info into a support ticket at the NetSpeedia.net website.
